We built Zapiro after watching a salon owner in Chennai spend two hours every morning answering WhatsApp messages, phone calls, and walk-ins — all just to manage appointments. She was great at her craft but losing half her day to admin.

The tools that existed were either too expensive, too complicated, or built for Western markets that don't understand how Indian small businesses actually operate — on WhatsApp, on trust, and on relationships.

Does my customer need to download any app?

Not at all. The entire booking happens inside WhatsApp — which your customers already use every single day. No app downloads, no new accounts, no passwords to remember.

How does payment work? Do I need a payment account?

Your customer pays only a small booking fee (₹5–₹50) online to confirm their slot. They pay you the full service amount at your shop as always. We use Razorpay — India's most trusted payment gateway.

What if I'm fully booked for the day?

One tap from your vendor dashboard turns off your availability for the day. Customers will see no available slots. No more surprise walk-ins when you're already full.

I'm not tech-savvy. Is setup complicated?
