Does my customer need to download any app?

How does payment work? Do I need a payment account?

Your customer pays only a small booking fee (₹5–₹50) online to confirm the slot. They pay you the full service amount at your shop directly, as always. We use Razorpay for secure payment processing.
What if I'm fully booked for the day?
